Individual support via video
Whether through individual sessions, programmes, workshops or phototherapy, the heart of the therapeutic work rests on kindness, acceptance and the integration of your lived experience. Together, we explore every facet of your being: beliefs, tensions, blocks and emotions, in order to understand and support what is ready to change. The nature of the therapy may evolve, because everyone is unique and needs specific methods and approaches.

How I support you
At the heart of my therapeutic practice lie talking and listening, two fundamental pillars that guide my sessions towards a deep understanding of your experiences, emotions and needs. This empathetic approach creates a space of trust and openness where you can move forward at your own pace. On this foundation, I integrate other therapeutic methods that feel aligned with your situation:
1EMDR
(Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapeutic approach recommended in certain situations of post-traumatic stress.

Eye movements or other bilateral stimulation are used in gradual work on targeted memories. Whether it is suitable, and at what pace, is assessed for each situation. Learn more: EMDR therapy (in French) · NICE recommendations.
2Mindfulness
is a powerful tool with beneficial effects on our well-being, our body awareness and our ability to fully live the present moment.

I often introduce moments of meditation and mindfulness exploration into my support, to help you reconnect with the present moment, deepen your self-knowledge and welcome your inner experiences without resistance.
3Internal Family Systems (IFS)
a practice of integrating our inner parts, is a fascinating approach.
Learn more
Each individual carries a complex inner world made up of several parts. These parts are not all aligned in terms of age or desires. One part of us may above all want to protect itself and feel safe. Yet we also have another part that longs to grow and discover the world around us. The practice of integrating these parts consists of recognising and welcoming all of them. We work with these different parts, helping them grow when needed, evolve and find a sense of safety again.
4Breathing and the use of the voice.
When you face high levels of stress and anxiety, it is helpful to explore the way you breathe.

Sometimes, retraining the breath is needed to support the nervous system. Your voice is also closely linked to your nervous system and your emotions. By working on voice modulation, we can release emotional tension, express our needs and strengthen our self-confidence. These techniques create a powerful therapeutic space.
My approach

A warm and safe setting
I care about offering you a space of trust and a warm environment so you can open up at your own pace. I am aware of the sacred and vulnerable nature of a therapeutic relationship, and I am committed to preserving this trust by maintaining the quality of my presence and strictly respecting professional confidentiality.

A holistic practice, adapted to each person
My practice is guided by a holistic vision of psychology, which means taking the whole Being into account. My approach to the human Being therefore considers its physical, mental, emotional, family, social, cultural and spiritual dimensions. I believe we all have an extraordinary potential for healing and personal growth, and my mission is to support you on your own path, gently and at your own pace.

A passionate and committed approach
Passionate about therapy and its practice, I continually update my knowledge through training and by nurturing my personal practice, in order to offer you high-quality therapeutic support. The maturity, knowledge and experience that come from working on oneself cannot be compared with knowledge gained from books. My support is therefore greatly inspired and guided by what I have learned.
My specialities
My experiences have gradually led me towards trained, specialised expertise in supporting several areas:
What is trauma?
Trauma occurs when the emotions linked to an event or situation overwhelm a person and leave lasting imprints on their psyche. When trauma happens, the brain can sometimes struggle to fully integrate it, leaving traces in memory that can be reactivated by everyday events. Therapy is therefore crucial support to understand, accompany and overcome the suffering linked to post-traumatic stress, including intrusive images, persistent thoughts, lingering anxiety, unpleasant physical reactions and the associated emotional imbalances.
This also concerns relational wounds: trauma in romantic relationships (in French) often leaves painful attachment patterns that EMDR therapy (in French) can help reprocess.
Support around sexuality
In the area of sexuality, I pay particular attention to encouraging a gentle exploration of past trauma, your personal journey and the impact of these experiences on the difficulties you face. Sexual difficulties can take different forms, including pain during intercourse, a lack of sexual interest or desire, difficulties with arousal or orgasm, or challenges in building intimate relationships, among others.
Whatever the origins of your difficulties, known or buried, we undertake together a sensitive and caring exploration of your story, addressing the psychological and psychosomatic dimensions of what you are experiencing. My interest in the gentle exploration of sexuality, so often surrounded by taboos and mystery, drives me deeply. Within family, education and society, there is undeniably a significant lack of education and transmission around sexuality.
I specialise in supporting survivors of sexual trauma such as rape, incest and abuse. I am here to support you as you explore the psychological consequences of these experiences. After working on integrating the trauma, it becomes possible to rediscover pleasure through approaches drawn from mindfulness and the psychology of sexuality.
Anxiety, stress and phobias
I am here to support you with kindness and expertise through the challenges of anxiety, stress and phobias, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. These are natural states we all encounter at some point in our lives. I believe in the importance of deeply understanding the origins and patterns that fuel them. By exploring your thoughts and emotions, we will work hand in hand to identify the triggers and the mechanisms underlying these states.
We will explore techniques based on mindfulness and relaxation to support you in daily life. Alongside this, I offer deep work around trauma. Together, we will gradually approach the situations that trigger your phobias. The aim is to help you feel more confident in situations that once caused anxiety. The psychotherapeutic work we undertake together aims not only to ease symptoms, but also to help you develop a deep understanding of yourself and your emotions.
