Who am I?

Since I was very young, our humanity has fascinated me. Having grown up in a family of carers, I was touched and inspired to approach healing in a multidimensional way, embracing the mental, emotional, physical and energetic aspects of care. This openness helped me understand the links between Western and Eastern approaches. The desire to support others naturally led me towards the study of psychology. From the start of my journey, I developed a true passion for learning and experiencing different paths to healing, in order to offer the most caring and effective approach for each person.

Today, I draw on my training, my reading and my experiences. I give an important place to intuition, yours and mine, to guide your path with accuracy. Kindness is at the centre of the space in which I welcome you: you are welcome with all the parts of your being.

As a traveller, I am guided to experience different therapeutic modalities from ancestral traditions. Nevertheless, I care about offering support built on solid, effective and grounded foundations. My way of supporting you is therefore imbued with this singular journey towards meeting your sensitivity.

My journey

I have been on my own path for some twenty years now: my openness has led me to explore the most scientific and conventional techniques as well as the most holistic. After a few years in the French national education system, practising meditation made me realise that I was forcing myself into a way of practising my profession that was not my own.

I then stepped away from this institutional approach to explore a multidimensional way of accompanying and offering my support, combining everything I discovered along my path. Starting, like many, with the discovery of meditation and yoga, I deepened this exploration and continue it today in order to offer an embodied practice. Discovering EMDR in 2022 profoundly shaped my support and my understanding of mental health. It allowed me to grasp the impact of post-traumatic stress and its repercussions in therapy.

Today, this journey, woven between the rigour of traditional clinical psychology and the richness of more holistic approaches, allows me to offer authentic support that honours your own path and your unique experience.

I care about sharing and guiding this knowledge and these practices in different forms: individual sessions, workshops and retreats.
